Befriending Our Gifted Minds

TIME: 1:00-2:30pm United States, MDT
WHO: Kelly Pryde
WHERE: Canada
The inner experience of intensity and complexity can lead to many struggles for gifted adults that prevent them from living well and fully with their giftedness. Mindfulness that is grounded in Eastern wisdom and Western science offers profound ways to ally with our unique minds and influence the unfolding of both our personal and collective paths. In this presentation, Kelly will weave poetry, Zen story, personal experience, and guided meditation into an exploration of the transformative power of mindfulness for the inner experience of giftedness. Join us for contemplation and conversation at this unique intersection!
